Appointments with Launise on Sunday's are considered VIP ONLY. Please add the Fee at checkout.

For early morning or late evening appointments please contact 9546386097 to make arrangements.

For morning appointments ONLY, please book the first available appointment for each stylist.

For example, 7:30 or 8:00 am with Launise, or 8:00 am with Yolna.

If you are not booking a wash with your appointment, you agree to come with your hair washed, sectioned into 4 parts, and blown out. Please come with a clean canvas (no oils or moisturizers) for best results. Please DO NOT get a trim or silk press prior to your appointment.

Please be on time for your appointment. Up to 15 minutes late, you will be charged a late fee of $10. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.

NO additional guests.

DAMAGED HAIR: If your hair is damaged in any way, please let us know in advance to schedule an in-person consultation.

KNOTLESS BRAIDS: For knotless braids, your hair and edges cannot be thin. It is recommended that your hair is 4 inches all around for knotless braids.

EXTRA FEES:

-$20 for two-tone ombré

-$23 three-tone ombré

Things to bring for the day of your appointment:

-A towel to keep your back from getting wet. One can also be purchased for $3 at salon

-Headphones

PAYMENT:

A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment. The remainder of the balance is due in cash at your appointment.

POLICIES: Please note our policies. You may reschedule you appointment one time only with at least 48 hours notice before your appointment. If you do not reschedule within 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited, with NO EXCEPTIONS.

DAY OF APPOINTMENT: Your hair will be braided by two people. If you are not okay with this, please contact us before booking your appointment.

AFTER YOUR SERVICE: Please report any problems or concerns within 24 hours after your appointment.

Moisturize your hair and wrap it up at night. Satin bonnets are recommended (available for purchase at salon). If you need any other information or product information, please let us know.
